Abstract

In this paper, we are about to introduce the impact of technology by considering the ATM as an example. Technology used in ATM’s, the impact of this ATM on banking, features and the survey of the usage of the ATM. The highlights of survey, some statistics of the survey and enhancements of services people expecting are also stated.
