India is always known for the good gesture and welcoming of the guests. The guest may be for domestic or an alien, Hence the concept of welcoming is bigger aspect from the point of tradition but from the point of business, the concept will change entirely in the aspect of customs to the profit. Hence all the business units from the lower shop to the big malls have evolved the attitude of taking care of customers. Now the aspect of customer management has taken over the sales. Sales have seeing the end of its fall and after sales services is opening. Hence in the business looking over the edge has become the common to all the business units and also because of the competition between each business unit has tendency to gain the customer and also very fast they have the tendency to lose them. Hence it had become a disease for the business units but it had to be overcome but the main question is how? Hence the concept of after sales service or customer relation management has taken birth. In this paper the customer satisfaction has taken in to consideration for the study from the big malls in Mysore district to evaluate the satisfaction between the Indian customers and that of the foreign customers and also evaluate significance difference between the departmental stores in customer satisfaction. Hence this paper has highlighted the process of customer satisfaction between people belonging to India and to that of foreigners.
