## Abstract

A class of univalent functions which provides an interesting transition from starlike functions to convex functions is defined by means of the Ruscheweyh derivative. Some interesting sufficient conditions involving coefficient inequalities for functions in these classes are discussed which generalize the results derived by Hayami, Owa and Srivastava.
