Abstract
In the title compound, C\sb 34H\sb 10N\sb 2O\sb 2, the dihedral angle between the two six-membered aromatic rings is 60.49(9)\circ. The mol\-ecule adopts an \it E configuration with respect to the imine C=N bond.
