Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to explore the users opinion towards HCL technology, Bangalore library resources and services. A structured questionnaire was personally distributed among 100 HCL library users by using convenient random sampling, out of that 60 filled questionnaire were returned accounting 60%. The study reveals that majority45(75%) of respondents are male, about 20(33.33%) respondents are belongs to more than 40 years of age, Users are satisfied with the services offered by the information center accounting 246(37.27%) respondents opine agree and nearly 216(32.72%) respondents state strongly agree. Majority of users 288(95.99%) are fully satisfied with the quality of library staff who render library services. And users are not satisfied with collection of CD/DVD, reference books and they are also not satisfied with the printer and scanner facility provided in the library.
