In this paper attempts has been made to describe a survey of the use of internet information resource by researchers in the disciplines of science at University of Mysore. A questionnaire is used to identify the awareness and use of internet information resources, To assess the need for orientation programme, to know the requirement of print resources in addition to internet information resources. This paper also examines to investigate the satisfaction level with existing service and facilities. Farther an attempt also been made to highlight findings of the study and few suggestions have been given based on the analyses of collected data.
