Abstract
Seeds of 5 aubergine cultivars (Mohini, Green Long, ELO-2, Pusa Purple Long and Kamini) infected with Phomopsis vexans were treated with biological control agents. Pure cultures of Pseudomonas fluorescens and Trichoderma harzianum at 1x108 cfu g-1 and talcum-based formulations of Pseudomonas fluorescens (28x107 cfu g-1) at 5 g/kg of seeds and T. harzianum (19x107 cfu g-1) at 10 g/kg of seeds were used.
