Abstract

Violent conflicts and lack of development will probably be a permanent problem in (ECO) region. Violent clashes in and between countries happened and probably will happen again Depending on the manner of developments in the region, the problem and degree of conflict, other Governments may also be involved. This study assesses the effects and outcome of these conflicts in stability and development of the region such as; development of tourism via investigating some of the most important factors which influence the probability of conflicts outbreak. It should be noted that none of the factors which prevent development work independently. The political, economic, tribal, religious factors, combined with effects of external factors, will either increase or decrease the probability of terminal outbreak.
