Abstract

The title compound, C\sb 9H\sb 11N\sb 3S\sb 2, crystallizes with two mol\-ecules in the asymmetric unit, which differ mainly in the degree of planarity. The C=N double bonds are \it trans configured. Geometric parameters are in the usual ranges. The crystal structure is characterized by N—-H⋅sN and N—-H⋅sS hydrogen bonds.
