Abstract

Making provision for the peaceful life of future generation is one of the most important duties of every business organisation because it is the corporate citizen of the society running by utilizing the resources available in its surrounding v so it has to contribute in return to the environment for the sustainable development. Green initiatives undertaken by business houses are not only helps in sustainable development of the economy but also it helps for the sustainable growth of business operations. So the present study is intended to analyse the green initiatives in accounting and reporting of business and financial information.
