Diglycidyl ether of Bisphenol A-based epoxy resin were toughened with varying weight fractions of thermoplastic hydroxyl-terminated polyurethane elastomer by solution blending, and their composites were prepared over an extended range of fly ash composition. Various physicomechanical properties such as tensile and flexural behavior, density, and void content have been determined. Studies revealed that toughened resin composites enhance the properties compared to neat matrix.
