The present study aims at finding whether there were significant main effects and interaction effects of age cast and experience among secondary school teachers. The sample of the study comprises of 582 teachers from 99 high school of Karnataka state selected on proportionate random sampling technique. The findings of the study revealed that there were no significant main effect and interaction effects of age, caste and experience of emotional Intelligence.
