Understanding customers to build a strong relationship is prime focus in any successful enterprise across the globe. The concepts 'customer relationship' and 'customer service' are universal phenomenon which are applicable to all organizations or service systems. The library, a service center in any organization, is not exempted from this. From its historical beginning as a place to keep the records of civilization, it is the designated center for information source and services. Service is a concept that is fundamental in libraries and library users are the focus point of library services (Miao, 2006).
