Abstract

In the past twenty years, libraries holding the academic collection have dealt with dramatic changes bought about by decrease in the purchase of conventional materials (hardcopy)and growing importance of electronic resources. the knowledge managers have rethought their efforts and revisited the entire information resource selection process. It is evident from the gamut of literature on the topic 'E-Resources', that accessibility to information resources in electronic form on a web-based application has greatly helped the researcher.
