Abstract

The major purpose of this study was to investigate the secondary school teachers job satisfaction in chamarajanagara town. The data was collection on the secondary school teachers job satisfaction in chamarajanagara town. The collected were to test for large scale. The results indicate that female secondary school teachers have a more job satisfaction privet secondary school teachers have more job satisfaction on govt secondary school teachers and also more than 5 years experience secondary school teachersâ having job satisfaction in chamarajanagara town.
