Abstract

This paper explores on the wake of globalization and liberalization along with heightened competition, continuing deregulation and technological advancements. This paper analyses about banks and different classes of customers. Paper describing the corporate customers, segments, their volume and value of dealings with the banks. This paper also focuses on the factors the software sector would consider while selecting their banks and their perceptions regarding quality of services offered by their bankers.
