Abstract

In the title compound, C(16)H(12)BrFO(2), the dihedral angle between the aromatic rings is 23.75 (12)degrees and the dihedral angle between the prop-2-en-1-one fragment and the fluorobenzene ring is 20.9 (2)degrees. In the crystal, only van der Waals interactions occur.
