Abstract

Bacterial samples and sludge from the RBC were taken from various points and intervals fixed properly and examined for the growth of microorganisms. The microorganisms in stage 1 to stage 4 were identified, described and discussed. The species present at different stages were compared with the microorganisms reported by other workers.
