Abstract

New coordination compounds of the type Ti(C2O4)(2)L]2H(2)O where L=N-alkyl phenothiazines (NAPs) were synthesised and characterised by elemental analyses, molar conductance, magnetic, thermal and spectral data. The spectral data suggest the bidentate nature of NAPs in the complexes. An octahedral structure is proposed for all the complexes. Thermal studies were used to evaluate the kinetic and thermodynamic parameters.
