The title compd. was synthesized by the Hantzsch method and the structure was characterized by an x-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/a with a 14.2499(14), b 8.191(2), c 14.5527(16) �, β 107.059(8)°, Z = 4; final R1 = 0.0473. Crystallog. data and at. coordinates are given.
